The 220,000 square foot mixed use project was designed to be located on a block near downtown Raleigh with streets on three sides and a raised railroad track on the fourth. The area has developed with multiple mid-rise condominium buildings. This building has retail, office, residential, and parking areas that are articulated in the mass and exterior treatment of the building. The narrowness of the site necessitated that parking entrances are related to the existing slope of the site. (unbuilt)
