This 11-story mixed use project is located on a long, narrow site between an existing parking garage and a protected green space. The 300,000 sf building was designed with three floors of office space, five floors of condominiums, and three floors of parking for the condominiums. Parking for the offices will be provided on the upper floors of the existing deck with a bridge from the top of the deck allowing access directly to the offices. The steel framed building will have a primarily brick and glass exterior to respond to the brick buildings that surround it. (unbuilt)
